PhonePe / online payment
Cash on Delivery (COD)

For online payments, the order will be processed after successful payment confirmation.

For COD orders, payment must be made to the delivery provider according to the applicable COD process.

THE HYPE ORIGINAL is not responsible for payment failures caused by banks, payment providers, network problems, or other third-party services.

8. Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship orders within India only.

Our estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days after the order has been processed and dispatched.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, courier service, weather, holidays, operational disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address and contact information.

We are not responsible for delivery delays resulting from incorrect addresses, customer unavailability, courier delays, natural disasters, government restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

9. Returns and Refunds

THE HYPE ORIGINAL follows a strict no-refund and no-return policy, except where a product is received damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

10. Size Exchanges

Size exchanges are available, subject to the following conditions:

The exchange request must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
The product must be unused and unworn.
The product must not have been washed, altered, damaged, or otherwise used.
Original tags and packaging should remain intact.
The requested replacement size must be available in stock.

If the requested size is unavailable, we may offer another available size where possible.

Size exchanges are not available for products that do not meet the above conditions.

Customers should carefully review the size chart before placing an order.

11. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from the product you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We may request photographs or videos to verify the issue.
