Refund policy

At THE HYPE ORIGINAL, we carefully inspect every order before shipping. We offer exchanges for eligible products and refunds only in cases of approved damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

1. Exchange Period

Exchange requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

Requests submitted after 48 hours may not be accepted.

2. Size Exchange

We offer size exchanges, subject to product and size availability.

To be eligible:

The product must be unused and unworn.
The product must not have been washed, altered, or damaged.
Original tags must be attached.
The product must be returned in its original packaging.
The exchange request must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

Customers are responsible for the applicable return shipping charges for size exchanges.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide clear photographs and/or videos showing the issue. After verification, we may provide a replacement or refund, as applicable.

4. Non-Eligible Items

Products will not be eligible for exchange or refund if they:

Have been worn or washed.
Have been altered or modified.
Have been damaged after delivery.
Are returned without original tags.
Are returned after the 48-hour exchange period.
Show signs of misuse or improper care.

5. Change of Mind & Incorrect Size Selection

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or preference-related issues.

Eligible size-related requests may be processed as an exchange only, subject to availability.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped.

7. Refund Processing

Where a refund is approved, it will generally be processed through the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.
